Our Story
Warrior Circle was born from our worry as T1D parents. In about a year, our son leaves for college. After years of being just down the hall, he'll suddenly be hundreds of miles away. What if his blood sugar drops in the middle of the night? What if he doesn't wake up to the alarm?
We realized what we'll need isn't just alerts to our phones. We need a circle of people around him. Roommates, friends, and nearby contacts who can physically reach him when we can't. The people who become his Warrior Circle.
That's the heart of this app: Low Alerts and Emergency Management. Dexcom Share monitoring and alerts to trusted people support this primary mission.
During the pilot, we are focused on an extra layer of protection when a low goes unanswered. We do not offer meal logging, insulin tracking, or AI briefings. Until a cure is found, we are building support for warriors and the people who care about them.

How it works
Alerting is not enough. Escalation is what matters.
Connect Dexcom Share (US), choose your circle, and add text, call, and email alerts when a low goes unanswered. This is an extra layer of protection, not a guarantee of help.

Warrior Circle watches the warrior's CGM data from Dexcom Share (US only during the pilot).
Warrior alerted
Warrior Circle adds low-glucose alerts alongside the warrior's existing CGM alarms. An optional bedside or tablet display is also available.
Your circle is paged
When a low goes unanswered, Warrior Circle texts, calls, and emails the warrior's circle.
Confirmed safe
A person in the circle can respond and help check on the warrior. Alert delivery and responses are not guaranteed.

A circle of people you already trust.
We think about it as a circle we can build around our son. At college that circle is his roommates, the floor RA, the person working the front desk downstairs, friends in the building, campus police, and us. At home it might be a spouse, a neighbor, a grandparent, or the school nurse.
When a low goes unanswered, your circle can receive a text, phone call, and email. A response from someone nearby can help you check on your warrior. Delivery and responses are not guaranteed.

An optional bedside or tablet display gives you another place to see glucose information. It does not replace CGM alarms or guarantee that a low will be noticed.
