Warrior Watch:
T1D Sports Safety Education
The Need:
Help keep young athletes with T1D safe during practices and games! We assemble and distribute crucial Emergency Low Kits for coaches and teams.
Items Needed:
- Individually packaged, unexpired Glucose Tablets
- Individually packaged, unexpired Glucose Gels
- Small (4-6 oz), shelf-stable Juice Boxes (with carbohydrates listed)
- (Optional: Printing services or supplies for educational handouts)
Warrior Lifeline:
T1D Disaster Relief
The Need:
When disaster strikes, reliable access to diabetes supplies is critical. Your donation can be a literal lifeline during emergencies.
Items Needed:
(Crucial Note: All items must be new, unopened, and well within their expiration date for safety.)
- Blood Glucose Test Strips (sealed, unexpired - please list compatible meter models if known)
- Insulin Pump Supplies (infusion sets, reservoirs - new, unopened, unexpired - list brand/model)
- Lancets (sealed, unexpired)
- Batteries (common types for meters, pumps, CGMs - e.g., AA, AAA, 357, CR2032)
- Alcohol Swabs (sealed, unexpired)
- New USB Power Banks / Portable Charging Stations
- Ketone Test Strips (blood or urine, sealed, unexpired)
- New Insulin Cooling Wallets or Cases (like Frio or similar friction/evaporation/chemical activated)
- CGM Sensors or Transmitters (new, unopened, unexpired - list brand/model)
- Glucose Tablets or Gels (sealed, unexpired)
Important Policy on Insulin/Prescriptions:
Due to strict safety, storage, and regulatory requirements, T1D Warriors cannot accept donations of insulin or other prescription medications directly from individuals. Please contact us regarding potential corporate partnerships or consider a financial gift designated for medication procurement.
Warrior Athletes:
Ambassador Program
The Need:
Support our dedicated Athlete Ambassadors as they train, compete, raise awareness, and fundraise for the T1D community!
The Need:
- Individually packaged, unexpired Sports Nutrition (energy gels, bars, chews, electrolyte mixes)
- New Gym Memberships or Gift Cards (usable at major chains or local)
- Gift Certificates or Vouchers (e.g., for running/athletic stores, race registration fees)

Bourbon Sweepstakes Donations
Support Fundraising & Community Joy
Beyond direct program supplies, these in-kind gifts greatly help!
The Need:
Our popular Monthly Bourbon Sweepstakes raises vital awareness for all T1D Warriors programs. Donated bottles are essential for its success. Our sweepstakes is free and requires no purchase to enter.
Who Can Donate:
We welcome inquiries regarding bourbon donations from private collectors, liquor stores, distributors, distillers, bourbon clubs, and other organizations or individuals legally permitted to donate.
Items Needed:
Sealed bottles of bourbon whiskey. Variety is appreciated; collectible, allocated, or unique bottles are especially helpful.
BRIGHTEN A WARRIOR'S DAY
The Need:
Help us generate excitement and raise funds through raffle and giveaways that provide a joyful break or special experience for children and families in our T1D Warriors community!
Experiences, Raffle & Giveaway Prizes
Items Needed:
Tickets to various entertainment and experiences, including concerts, sporting events (both professional and collegiate levels), Kentucky/regional attractions (such as Kentucky Kingdom amusement park, Louisville/Cincinnati Zoo, museums), family-friendly events, unique local experiences, and desirable gift baskets. Please contact us first to discuss your potential donation's suitability, dates, and distribution arrangements.
Raffle & Giveaway Prizes
Items Needed:
Tickets to concerts, major/minor league sporting events (pro/college), unique local experiences, desirable gift baskets, etc. (Please contact us first to discuss your potential prize donation.)
